Online Poker Tips – Your Poor Diet Costs Money In Poker Tables

Those of us who have chosen as our full-time poker career is to understand how easy it is to enter into a lazy routine sitting in front of our two instructors each day six days a week, with a diet consisting of sandwiches lunch and Chinese takeout for dinner and all that crap from other funds amid the snacks. This is not only very unhealthy for us in the long term, but also affect the way we do every day at the poker tables.

The problem with a diet high in refined foods, sugar peak cravings and low energy levels, plus extra “bonus” to get the extra weight when we do not have all the outdoor activities to burn calories important. But the exercise is another article for another day. Today I will focus on food and explain my personal experience I have found useful power-wise.

I noticed that my energy level dropped recently when I broke my ACL completely in my left knee so I could not go to my jogging three times a week. Once that happened, I found myself eating more food that was very easy to prepare. Food that does not take much time to prepare it usually means it is not very good for you. All foods that you just took an envelope and put in a microwave oven is not just good for you!

I thought my usual two poker sessions of 4 hours a day it became very difficult to meet. Would end up closing the poker tables, two hours after my concentration level dropped alarmingly fast. So I decided that if I can not go running at least I can do an effort with my diet.
